I don’t take photographs with the intention of selling them. I take photographs for personal enjoyment. However, if you see a picture on this site that you’d like to buy as a print then I’d be delighted to arrange this.
My prints
- Wherever possible, black & white negatives will be printed directly from the negative onto Ilford paper by me, in my darkroom. If you need a very large or unusual print then I may have to scan the negative and have it printed digitally. I’ll be able to tell you in advance which method I use. Prints made in my darkroom are hand-made from start to finish, and are individually numbered.
- Colour negatives will be scanned and printed digitally by a professional lab, since I don’t currently have the means to make colour prints in the darkroom. This may change soon.
- Digital photographs (both colour and black & white) will be printed digitally by a professional lab.

Each print will be individually made so I can produce prints in virtually any size. I’m happy to produce prints with or without frames, and by using a commercial photo lab I can get prints made on canvas, acrylic or other materials. I can also produce hard-back photo books and calendars.
Framing
If you’d like a framed print, you have options. I don’t have a specific frame supplier – I go to framing shops to choose the perfect frame for each print I make. If there’s a specific style of frame you’d like, please let me know, otherwise I will choose a frame that I believe suits the picture.

Postage
Postage varies by the product ordered. Unframed prints will be posted by Royal Mail in rigid envelopes, or cardboard tubes. Smaller framed prints will be sandwiched in cardboard and posted in a padded envelope. Larger framed prints will be packed in cushioned packaging and boxed for transit. I will give a postage quote for each order based on the size and weight. I will combine postage for orders of multiple items.
The lead time on these products varies, since they are all produced on request. Your prints should be with you within two weeks of payment in almost every case.
If the print is a gift, I am more than happy to gift-wrap it and send it either to you, or to the recipient. Please ask for prices.
Payment
At the moment I can only accept payment by PayPal. You can use your credit/debit card to make the payment after I have sent an invoice.
